DESCRIPTON OF THE HOUSE
This house of 135 m2 surrounded by a large garden of 2300m, in the middle of the olive-trees, of the oaks and the arbutusberry-trees, offers to you calm and peace while being at 4 minutes with foot of the beaches and the village. It is a true house, a house of family in whom we hope you will feel at home the time of these holidays.
Three rooms :
THE GREEN ONE : romantic and cool, with its terrace opended on the swimmingpool.
THE BLUE ONE : it is the room of the sailor which opens on a flooded sun terrace.
THE PARENTAL SUITE : African-inspired is an invitation to travel, 40m² (160cm bed) including a lounge area, a bathroom (walk-in shower and toilets), on the terrace you will enjoy the spa
Clearly and accessible, the living-room opens by two French windows on the garden.
In winter, you will relax in front of a good fire of chimney or by playing an air on the old piano, in the summer take the expenses under the large ventilator…
Super equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) give desire for taking a sit at the counter to order a white coffee.
In the bathroom “boudoir” hold living room by taking your bath in the large old bath-tub unless you would prefer the shower in the outside water room.
The pergolas and the parasols give umbrage to the terraces and make it possible to lunch sheltered from the sun. The lounging chairs of the garden invite to idleness.

Aus dem hell und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnzimmer führen zwei Fenstertüren
direkt in den Garten. Im Winter entspannen Sie sich vor dem Kaminfeuer. Ein Piano lädt zum Musizieren ein. Im Sommer sorgt ein grosser Ventilator für Kühle.
Die amerikanische Küche ( Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Gefrierfach, Kaffeekanne, Toaster u.s.w.) macht Lust, sich an der Theke einzurichten, um einen 'Café au lait' zu bestellen.
Im Badsaal 'Boudoir', ausgestatten mit einer antiken Badewanne, halten Sie Salon. Auch gibt es eine Dusche im äußerlichen Badezimmer.
Die Markisen und die Sonnenschirme beschatten die Terrassen und ermöglichen
geschützt von der Sonne Mittag zu essen. Die Liegenstühle des Gartens laden zum Faulenzen ein.
Casa di 135 mq circondata da 2300 mq di macchia mediterranea, in mezzo agli ulivi e alle querce. L'abitazione è situata in un contesto calmo e quieto a soli 4 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e del villaggio. Non un bangalow ma una vera casa, un'abitazione di fascino e personalità nella quale vi sentirete a vostro agio per tutta la durata delle vostre vacanze.
Se siete numerosi non c'è problema, infatti la zona letto si compone di tre camere :
LA CAMERA VERDE: aperta su di un terrazzo, è la camera più fresca e romantica.
LA CAMERA BLU : camera 'del marinaio' che si apre su un terrazzo inondato di sole.
LA MASTER SUITE: di ispirazione africana è un invito a viaggiare, 40m² (letto da 160 cm) tra cui una zona salotto, un bagno (cabina doccia e bagno), sulla terrazza si può godere del spa.
Chiaro e accogliente, l'estate il soggiorno si apre sul giardino con due porte vetrate. In inverno esso è riscaldato da un sano camino che vi rinvogorirà mentre suonate una melodia sul vecchio pianoforte.
Anche nelle calde estati mediterranee il grande ventilatore a soffitto vi rinfrescherà... La cucina americana è eccellentemente fornita (lavapiatti, microonde, congelatore, caffettiera americana, tosta-pane, ecc.) e incoraggia a sedersi per gustare un ottimo cappuccino o un pasto rinfrescante.
Il bagno, un vero “boudoir„ alla francese, vi permetterà di ricevere visite mentre siete allungati in una grande vasca da bagno d'epoca a meno che, più dinamici e attivi, non preferiate una doccia in mezzo alla natura nel bagno esterno.
Le pergole e gli ombrelloni ombreggiano i terrazzi e vi permettono di pranzare riparati dal sole. Le sedie-sdraio in legno e lino invitano al dolce farniente.
